There will be a Drop & Go system in place to keep a good flow of traffic and to prevent traffic disruption on the main road.   Basically parents are asked to drop their scouts in the carpark and leave again so the carpark won’t get clogged up.  There is 500+ people arriving on Friday so we need the co-operation of leaders and parents for this to work smoothly.
